For DRM in HTML5, it’s my understanding that all the browsers that support the video tag, give user’s the option to save the source of the video, by right-clicking on the video element. I seriously doubt that we will ever see DRM implemented in the video tag, because of the different views on the matter from browser vendors. Which is why I don’t think we will ever see a HTML5 version...
